10 WATT School & Camp "Free Radiate" and Carrier Current Transmitters

If your educational institution is on a large campus, you may qualify to use the “Free Radiate” system which provides substantially greater coverage via a higher power transmitter and long fiberglass antenna. Also, traditional "carrier current" systems are available which utilize the buildings electrical wiring as the broadcast antenna.

10 watt full power systems utilize Radio Systems’ TR-6000 Transmitter - a solid state, variable power, 10 watt digitally-synthesized AM transmitter with internal audio limiter and detector circuitry. The TR-6000 represents the state-of-the-art in low power AM RF design.

Features include remote control capability, front panel power and audio VU meters, headphone monitor, and efficient, flat-pack design that can be easily rack-mounted. Synchronization inputs include TXCO oscillator and external GPS reference.
